About Nourish Whistler Wellness Series

Nourish Whistler was created for the wellness-curious. Individuals who are looking to reconnect, reset and explore in ways that feel personal and unpressured. Set against Whistler’s mountains, lakes and village spaces, the series unfolds throughout June with a curated mix of experiences you can shape around your own schedule.

Thoughtful, welcoming and deeply connected to place, Nourish Whistler creates space for you to try something new, meet like-minded people and experience wellness in ways that feel expansive yet grounded.

What to Expect

However you choose to take part, each Nourish Whistler Wellness Series event is designed to feel welcoming, energizing and grounded in nature. Explore at your own pace and discover experiences that invite connection, spark curiosity and leave you feeling a little more whole.

Workshops

Hands-on sessions are led by inspiring facilitators across the fields of movement, mindfulness, culinary and creativity. Workshops are designed to be engaging, accessible and rooted in exploration, not perfection.

Experiences

From forest gatherings to lakeside rituals and shared meals, expect experiences that are rooted in nature, thoughtfully designed and easy to step into.

Community

The Whistler community is open-hearted, down-to-earth and curious by nature. Join in a single event or many, and you’ll find space to connect, share and belong.

Nourish Locations

With more than 100 events, the Nourish Whistler Wellness Series takes place across Whistler. While many events are held at central, permanent venues, the series also features exclusive pop-up locations.
