Getting Around

How do I get to Nourish Whistler events?

Nourish Whistler events take place in a variety of unique and inspiring locations throughout Whistler. Getting there is part of the experience, and some venues require a little extra planning.

Some events take place on Whistler Mountain in the Nourish Dome, which requires lift access. A specially priced lift ticket will be available for purchase alongside your event ticket.

Other venues include The Station House, located along the Whistler Valley Trail and easily accessed by walking or biking, and The Lookout, a scenic mountain location reached by a short 500-metre hike.

Detailed directions and arrival information will be included in your ticket confirmation.

How long is the gondola ride up Whistler Mountain?

The scenic ride on the Whistler Village Gondola from the Village to the Roundhouse typically takes 20 – 25 minutes.

Is parking available?

Parking availability varies by venue. Base area events offer paid public parking, and we encourage guests to walk, bike, or carpool whenever possible.

Where is The Dome and how do I get there?

The Dome is a pop-up location on Whistler Mountain. Take the Whistler Village Gondola the Roundhouse Lodge. Inside, go up the first set of stairs, then by the Cappuccino Bar take the second set, and turn left to exit toward The Dome. A valid lift pass is required.

Where is The Lookout and how do I get there?

The Lookout is a pop-up location on Blackcomb Mountain on Lower Cruiser, a short walk from Base 2.

If driving, free parking is available in Lots 6 and 7. By transit, take the #7 Blackcomb bus from the Gondola Transit Exchange to Base 2. From the base, you can also walk the Ascent Trail (15 – 25 minutes).

At Base 2, head toward the mountain between The Cabin and Eighteen Below, then follow Nourish signage for a moderate 500 m uphill walk (about 7 minutes) to the venue.

Arrive 30 – 40 minutes early to allow time for travel and the walk. You’ll also receive detailed arrival instructions by email before your event.

For events at The Dome, do I need a lift pass?

Yes. All events at The Dome require a lift pass for mountain access. If you have a 2026/27 Epic Pass, a 2026 Full Bike Park Pass, or another eligible pass, you’re already covered. If not, you’ll need to purchase a lift pass to access the venue. See the next FAQ for details.

How do I purchase a lift ticket?

The easiest option is to select the General Admission + Alpine Experience Pass during checkout for your Nourish event. This pass provides summer sightseeing access for the entire season — roughly the cost of a single ticket — making it ideal if you plan to attend multiple mountain events or explore the alpine throughout the summer. Once purchased, don’t forget to pick up your pass from Whistler Village Guest Services in Skiers Plaza.

Where do I pick up my lift pass?

After purchasing your General Admission + Alpine Experience Pass, visit Whistler Village Guest Services in Skiers Plaza to collect it. Bring your Nourish confirmation email and government-issued ID. We recommend picking it up the day before your event to avoid lineups.

I already have a ticket to a Nourish event but forgot to get a lift pass. What should I do?

If you’ve purchased your event ticket but don’t have the required Alpine Experience Pass, call the Nourish team at 1-844-955-3263 for assistance.

Event Details

How do Restaurant Events work?

Restaurant events do not require physical tickets.

After purchasing your ticket online, your name will be added to the guest list at the restaurant. Simply arrive at your reserved time and check in under the name used at purchase. Bringing your confirmation email can be helpful but is not required.

Is the Nourish Dome indoors or outdoors?

The Nourish Dome is a sheltered structure designed to create a comfortable environment while still connecting guests with nature. While it provides protection from wind or rain, it remains an outdoor mountain setting — so we recommend dressing warmly in layers.

Are vegetarian or dietary options available?

Many culinary experiences offer vegetarian and other dietary options. Please review event descriptions or contact us if you have specific dietary needs.

What happens if it rains?

Many events are designed to take place rain or shine. If severe weather affects safety or requires a venue change, registered guests will be notified by email with updated information.
